Calculation engines are pure, isolated and unit-tested, kept well away from the interface. If a number appears on a screen, we can show you exactly how it was derived and prove it hasn't drifted.

Understand the domain before writing code
The hard part is almost never the technology. It is knowing precisely what the numbers mean, who owns them, and what happens when they are wrong.

Separate the maths from the interface
Logic lives in pure, tested modules with no knowledge of the screen. It can be verified independently, reused, and reasoned about years after it was written.

Security and governance are foundations, not features
Tenant isolation, access control and audit are designed in at the data layer from day one. Retrofitting them is how organisations end up with a problem they cannot see.

Ship in phases, prove each one
Every phase has a definition of done and evidence behind it. Progress is something we can demonstrate, not something we describe.

Intelexis is building a family of products under a single architecture and a single standard of engineering. The first is built and working end-to-end.
