Privacy & company information
Last updated 1 August 2026
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, contains no tracking of any kind and makes no requests to any third party. We collect nothing from you as you read it. If you email us, we hold your email in order to reply to you, and nothing more.

What we collect
When you browse this site — nothing
There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, no embedded fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else's servers, and no forms. Loading this page contacts our hosting provider and nobody else. We cannot identify you and we do not try to.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and browser user agent. This is a technical necessity for delivering a website and for protecting it against attack and abuse. We do not use these logs to build any profile of visitors.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests — operating and securing our website. Retention: as set by our hosting provider, typically a short rolling period.
When you email us
If you contact us we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. We use it to reply, to have a conversation about working together, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: for as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards only as long as we have a business or legal reason to keep it. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add enquirers to mailing lists. The only third parties who process data on our behalf are the service providers who make the website and our email work — our hosting provider and our email provider. They act on our instructions under contract.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards — UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum. Contact us if you would like the detail for a specific provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you |
| Rectification | Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete |
| Erasure | Ask us to delete your data where there is no good reason to keep it |
| Restriction | Ask us to pause using your data while a concern is resolved |
| Object | Object to processing we carry out under legitimate interests |
| Portability | Receive your data in a portable format, where it applies |
To exercise any of these, email faz@intelexis.co.uk. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy and a full set of browser security headers. It has no login, no database and no forms, so there is nothing stored here to compromise. Vulnerability reports are welcome at /.well-known/security.txt.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding analytics or a contact form — we will update this notice and change the date at the top before making the change live.
